KNS saved the day! I wandered into the store to ask about the cost of hauling a swim spa to the dump. The lid had become too heavy and difficult for us to open. When I told Jason, KNS service manager, our issue, he shared that there are new, fabric and aluminum covers that can be rolled off and on EASILY by one person. Working with Jason, our swim spa and hot tub got a full refurbishment. KNS replaced the swim spa cover, fixed a minor leak, replaced our hot tub cover and replaced all the jets, and hauled the old lids to the dump. The service techs were wonderful, very competent and friendly. They answered all my questions and solved all our swim spa and hot tub problems. We are so happy to have our swim spa and hot tub back in service and working perfectly. I highly recommend KNS, the entire team is professional, friendly and helpful. A+ service!

Can't say enough good things about this company. We looked for a couple years for a hot tub and found a good product at a reasonable price here, finally. The customer service is first class, and they made sure to have a large team of guys to deliver our hot tub when were a little unsure how they would get it to our backyard. I purchased a hot tub from KNS in 2022 and they have been servicing the unit ever since. My tub is in a short term rental unit and KNS always checks the tub after each tenant, so I've had no complaints since I switched to KNS. Also, as a chemical engineer who specializes in water treatment, I appreciate the straight info I get from Kevin without a lot of hyped up chemistry BS I've received from other companies. Customer service is excellent. I would highly recommend KNS for new purchases and service.

Can’t say enough great things about KNS. We started service with them for our rental property and they’ve kept it in great shape. We ran into an issue with our heating element one weekend and the owner personally came out on a Sunday to troubleshoot for us. Great customer service!

Yesterday was the second day that I had the privilege of working with Kevin. First time I came in my chemical balance was all over the board with my tub and it was creating some not so favorable issues with the water. After talking with Kevin about it, he put it into a perspective that anyone could understand. Dealing with chemicals and PH was nerve racking before our talk. Within minutes I was out the door with the chemicals and knowledge to safely take care of my own tub. The second time I came in with gasket issues and once again, Kevin was there for the rescue. Not only was I given bad advice from another tub dealer, I was given the wrong parts. Kevin assured me that the new parts that he gave me were the correct ones. 20 minutes later I was convinced that he is the only tub shop to visit. I’ve had hot tubs for over 15 years, and he is by far the most honest and knowledgeable person when it comes to hot tubs. Hot tubs are a daily part of my physical therapy, and when my hot tub is down, I need to get it back up and running fast and when I went to go visit Kevin, that’s exactly what happened. Without a doubt I’m “Team Kevin”. Thanks for everything you do

The service and customer service of KNS Hottubs is outstanding. I live in Portland and had an issue with a local Portland dealer for service of our less than 1 year old Coast spa, so I reached out to the nearest Coast factory dealer (Kevin @ KNS Hottubs). Kevin and I traded several emails and calls to diagnose the problem. He ordered me the parts and had them ship to me in Portland for a very reasonable price. Hottub is working great, and even though he is over 200 miles away, I will contact him again, should I have any further issues. A consumate professional with great customer service!

What a nice shop to deal with. First I got very detailed instructions on how to get my hot tub going. When that didn't work, Kevin came out and found the problem, went back to the store for a part, came back and fixed our hot tub. He then took the time to encourage us to "get to know the test strips" and how to use the chemicals. Which I will only buy from KNS as he has them all. A very nice man to deal with.
